danielsan : minus 14 degrees in berlin. snow. freezing all the time. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. can’t do anything but stay inside typing away in front of the monitor … and listen to some good music. the upside of the downside, huh? well, I discovered Sparklehorse a few days ago. great band! here’s a track that’s sort of a collabo/remix thing. I don’t really know.
danielsan : killer track.
danielsan because I enjoy metal and tattoos, not because I think that this is good music.
The mind is a mysterious thing: a couple of days ago I dreamt I was in a 25 ta Life gig! Yes with Ricky ta life and his dreadlocks, the kids dancing and singing, looking more like wolves or wild animals in slow motion.
Usually I can track back and guess where dreams come from, even the craziest, weirdest ones I can guess where they came from thinking about what had happened the days before, but not this time. I´ve never bought or listened a 25talife record in my life and the most hardcore thing I listen these days is A Day To Remember. My only experience and the only connection I can find with the band was when I saw them play in Alicante a few years ago( or maybe I dreamt this too, who the fuck knows!). Anyway It was so bizarre and came so out of the blue that I thought it was worth a mention here.
here’s a piece I wrote on one of my all time favourite records: http://7inches.blogspot.de/2013/12/guest-post-sieben-zoll-musiks-danny-on.html
cutie pies! ;)

I Like Converge. The thing is I am always been a softie, in music and in life, and obviously my fav Converge tunes have always been the mellow/emo ones, you know what I am talking about, the ones Jake bannon actually tries to sing properly instead of growling, or they bring some else to do some vocals. I´ve made a playlist with some of them, I am pretty happy with the tracklist, it sounds to me like a really good record from a different band or something… anyways I am such a loser that I even made a lousy cover it with a bit of photochopping ;) enjoy if you can!
Sorry for my yesterday´s post guys.. I know you like your hardcore punk! Hehe! :) sometimes I´m such a grumpy old bore!!
anyway I´m going to keep talking about bands of Alicante if you don´t mind… Flyingpigmatanza are my favourite band in town and not only because these 3 dudes are the friendliest and easy going people you are going to meet along the road. I know that again I´m a bit biased here because they are good friends but they are a solid, solid band. They have been playing for a few years together now and they recorded a couple of demos before releasing this Lp “Los buenos momentos” en Bcore disc a few months ago.. This one is my favourite song of one of my records of the year. It still get goosebumps nearly every time I listen it. Epic!
